Programs & clinical supports

Licensed weekday care that blends nursing, therapies, nutrition, coordinated rides, and lively calendars—helping older adults across Greater Baltimore stay protected, connected, and oriented toward goals that still matter to them.

Advanced Medical Adult Day Care operates as an adult day health center: nursing, transportation, and structured activities share one care plan so participants are neither isolated at home nor pushed into settings more intense than they need. We are family-owned, with well over a decade in community healthcare, and we welcome members the way we welcome relatives—because many of you literally are. Regulatory benchmarks matter; so does the bar we set for ourselves.

A medical director, RNs, an activities lead, a registered dietitian, culinary staff, CNAs, and screened drivers collaborate daily. Maryland Medical Assistance and VA benefits (with proper authorization) cover many enrollments; private pay remains an option when that fits best.

For adults juggling chronic illness or safety risks at home alone, medical adult day delivers structured supervision, treatment support, and peer connection without moving into residential care. Advanced Medical Adult Day Care balances clinical watchfulness with opportunities to laugh, learn, and lead as independently as health allows.
