By accessing or using the Advanced Medical Adult Day Care website, enrollment forms, or SMS messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, current clients, and authorized representatives of clients.
Services Provided
Advanced Medical Adult Day Care provides adult day health services including, but not limited to, nursing care, personal care assistance, cognitive stimulation activities, senior nutrition, socialization programs, and transportation in the greater Baltimore, Maryland area. Our services are delivered in a licensed adult day care setting and are intended to supplement—not replace—the care provided by a participant's primary physician or medical team. Nothing on this website constitutes individualized medical advice, a diagnosis, or a guarantee of admission or eligibility.
Client Responsibilities
Clients and their authorized representatives are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about the participant's medical history, functional needs, dietary requirements, behavioral considerations, and any relevant changes in condition. Failure to disclose material information may result in a delay or suspension of services. Clients must also ensure that participants are available for scheduled transportation pickup times and that the home environment is reasonably safe for driver access. Advanced Medical Adult Day Care reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where accurate information has not been provided.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due in accordance with the fee schedule and billing cycle established at enrollment. We accept Medicaid (Maryland Medical Assistance), VA benefits (with prior authorization), private pay, and long-term care insurance. Clients paying privately are responsible for any balance not covered by a third-party payer. Accounts outstanding beyond 30 days may be subject to suspension of services until the balance is resolved. It is the client's or representative's responsibility to maintain current insurance authorization and to notify us promptly of any changes in coverage or payer status.
